20 years of MRIs. Brain’s “fine”. Also apparently a 35-year-old lady. Still mislabelled. Still fobbed off. Living just to reach the end — while professionals disagree or barely listen. Should feel victorious. Or grateful. But I don’t. A small win in a miserable life. Cheers

20 years ago today, at the age of 15, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis - a chronic & complex neurological disease. I’ve tried to mark this day each year with some words. This year, the weight of it feels heavier than ever. There’s more I’ve never said — until now. 🧵
