Summer School has been a great opportunity to try new games I learned at #iowaAHPERD convention before the school year begins.

Roll for the W. Team takes turns trying to know down your colored pin. If you knockdown another colored pin, set it back up. If you knock down your color pin, pick it up. 1st team to knock down their 10 pins wins. Thanks Coach Pirillo for this idea. #physed

6th graders in a coopertive bowling activity. Bowler, score keeper, pin setter, ball return. Rotate quickly for 4 min rounds. Work together to add score at the end. They had a blast! #physed

Gotcha. SS around circle try to earn points by completing 10 of any given exercise. If caught by the middle person, they must run, touch a wall and start count over. Fun for any size class!

1st graders playing Cone hole during summer school. Inside cone=3, inside hoop =1. 1st to 21 points wins and challenges someone new.

Air hockey, skee ball, striker ball and table ball. Fun stations to finish up the week before Spring Break

6th grade Exercise Stations. Strap Rows, Strap Chest Press, Jump Rope, Step Ups, Russian Twists. 1 S exercises at station, Partner runs, when music stops, switch, when music stops again, rotate to next station.
