Proposal #1007 has passed, and permissionless @cosmwasm is now enabled on the Cosmos Hub! CosmWasm is the Rust smart contract platform for Cosmos. Now, builders can deploy contracts on the Hub without a governance prop, which may attract new apps and use cases to the Hub ⚛️
