Students and staff love the "100 Positive Phone Calls" challenge in AP Dr. Megan Hawley's community: "Staff write down a brief summary of the positive call so that others can find that student to celebrate them too! When we reach 100, we have a staff celebration."

Academic outcomes will not change until INSTRUCTION changes. As a former instructional coach, I know for a fact that instruction dictates Ss achievement. Not poverty, not culture, not race, not dis/ability, not parent involvement, or any other factor. It's TIER 1 instruction!

We have a lot to celebrate here at Neuse River! Our teachers met growth in the 2022-2023 school year! 📈 And our world languages department helped us get ready for Hispanic Heritage Month. We worked on our Spanish conversation skills over lunch! Thank you El Señor!
