I sold my Netflix stock awhile back & knew this day would come. At one point Netflix’s only hope was to grow its international subscribers because at some point they’d cap out. I never understood how a company could be living off so much debt & still have investor confidence.

Have you ever… Been in your car & rode past a billboard? Walked through Times Square & admired all the colorful billboards? Saw an advertisement on the bus as you walk down the street? Did you know that you can make money from those billboards? Let me break it down.

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Last year alone, Lamar made over $1 billion in revenue, and they now have largest billboard footprint in America with over 350,000 displays across the country. Imagine riding down the street knowing that you are part owner of the company that manages all the billboards you see.

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

These billboards are owned by the REIT (real estate investment trust) Lamar Advertising $LAMR. Lamar owns & operates billboards, logo signs & transit displays in the US in Canada. …and guess what? You can invest in them while also receiving a passive income.

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Imagine getting paid passive income, every quarter, just because you decided that REITs like Lamar can help you build wealth faster than your savings account. Imagine being able to do all this for $110 per share 🤷🏾‍♀️

The only thing Amazon did was announce that they were splitting their shares into into smaller pieces. What once was almost $3,000 per share, will soon be less than $200. I’d gladly own 1 share of a trillion dollar business for less than $200, wouldn’t you?

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

It’s still worth $100, but to your friends, it’s a lot more affordable. …and as long as your pizza is still good, everyone will start to hear about your affordable pizza. Therefore, it becomes a lot more attractive to everyone else, and they’ll want a slice too.

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Now that you made the slices smaller, your friends can afford it! Does that make your pizza less valuable because it’s now $5 per slice? No. Why? Because all you did was cut it up into smaller pieces. It’s the same pizza just cut into pieces 🤷🏾‍♀️ (20 slices x $5 = $100)

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Now you know that your pizza is expensive (but good), and after awhile, you do want everyone to be able to afford it. So, you say… “Ok, I’ll split each slice into 20 pieces. This way, instead of 1 slice for $100, I’ll cut it. You can now have 20 slices for $5 each.

I wanted more shares of PayPal & I wanted them under $100. So, I bought a few more shares that night. The next morning, the trade executed & I got in at $94 per share. …and guess what? 24 hours later, PayPal is now trading at $108!

The night Russia announced that they’d take military action on Ukraine, I watched the market tank. I knew that Thursday would be a crazy day, so instead of panicking, I played offense. I made a list of the companies I wanted to invest in…

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

It’s interesting to see how, in less than 24 hours, the stock market is now up & charts are now green now. Yesterday the news says panic, and today they say that we are headed for our best trading day in 2022🤦🏾‍♀️ Here’s what I want you to learn from yesterday’s events…

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Remember…there are no feelings in this game of wealth. It’s business. The market is going to drop more, so get out your feelings & and remember why you started. Run it up.

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

The wealth gap is getting wider! So…start letting these companies work for you & pay you in the form of dividends. Let them grow their stock price while it grows your net worth. The world is different now. You can’t work or save yourself way to financial freedom!

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Start thinking different, and give your money a job. If you work for your money every day…why are you just letting it sit and do nothing? At this point…we can’t afford to not invest! It cost just to breathe in America and jobs aren’t paying more

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

The higher the revenue…the happier the investors. Brands paid top dollar to get YOU to spend, so that their investors could WIN! Put yourself in the position where you can make money from the things that entertain you!

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Many people look to the Super Bowl as a way to be entertained, but investors look at it as a way to make money. Those commercials are designed to get YOU to become a customer. The more customers each company gets, the higher their revenue.

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

The majority of ALL the commercials ran during the Super Bowl were from publicly traded companies. Which means YOU can own stock in them. Companies has $170 million worth of brand exposure during the Super Bowl 😳

MRS SHEREE (@mrssheree2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

So when you invest in company that does NOT pay a dividend, you’re looking for the price to rise & for the company to grow at a fast pace. When you invest in a dividend stock, you are looking for income first and growth second.
