Our art teacher Mrs. Adamson and her classes are phenomenal. Her students took pictures of orphans from Pakistan and created these masterpieces as part of the “Memory Project.” We are blessed to have such amazing talent waking the halls of BRHS.

BREAKING: Gov Kay Ivey issues State of Emergency for Alabama in connection to COVID-19 pandemic. Effective Wednesday March 18 COB, all public K-12 schools will have a 2.5 week break to reduce risk of transmission WSFA 12 News

In response to Governor Ivey’s closing of Alabama schools, we are suspending all athletic events, practice and games, beginning Monday, March 16. Please pass this information along.

You never know how much you love somebody until they’re gone. I’ve had so many wonderful years and wonderful times with my friend Kenny, but above all the music and the success I loved him as a wonderful man and a true friend.

Based on Governor Ivey's announcement this afternoon, students will not be returning to Alabama Public Schools this year. The ACS Leadership Team will be meeting tomorrow morning (3/27/2020) to determine the next steps to be put in place effective April 6, 2020.
