One of the most important aspects of my mission as a negotiator is to be an empowering voice for women everywhere. I want to remind them that they can: 👉 Stand up for themselves. 👉 Work and succeed in a male-dominated industry. 👉 Claim their own space and achieve anything.

If anyone, whether a corporation or a client, tells you it's "not respectful" to negotiate... RUN! Working together is a relationship: both parties have to get their needs met to make it work. 💯 It's bad enough if someone says, "there is zero room for discussion".
