Each week we get a new nursery rhyme to read with our Heggerty curriculum. Today we reviewed the last three weeks’ rhymes by rotating around the room & reading them in groups! #phonemicawareness

Yesterday we learned about Emperor Penguins and how they carry their babies on their feet. We gave it a try… and decided it’s a good thing we aren’t penguins! 😂🐧

Today was a very exciting day! After several weeks of learning our Heggerty weekly poems- we got our own poem books! Students loved reviewing their poems this Friday by reading to each other 📚 so proud of these little #bullfrogs 🐸
