Fungus is my latest outdoor obsession. Whilst the #flyagaric, #pixieparasols, #redruby & #ghostfungus have my attention, it is weirdly the #toothjellyfungus I can’t stop thinking about. Who on EARTH thought it would be a good idea to candy or marinate it? Ewww. 😳 Remember The Wild

I know I’m late, but WOW. After reading Hitler’s Daughter at the start of 2023 & loving it, I have just finished Goodbye, Mr Hitler. Literally could not put it down. Thank you Jackie French for your sensational historical fiction books. I can’t get enough & neither can my Yr5s!

T3’23 started in our #outdoorclassroom completing an angle challenge. Yr5 could work independently or in a group creating 1-9 out of sticks & ensuring that each numeral had the same number of acute, obtuse or right angles. #math #geometry Cornish College, AU Thanks Juliet Robertson!

The Make A Boat Float Challenge is my favourite #outdoor #STEM activity. Cornish College, AU students construct a vessel using only natural materials. Their vessel needs to float & keep their Captain (sheoak cone) dry whilst racing across the lake! #provocation #CBCI #designthinking

We love trees & we celebrate #NationalTreeDay all week Cornish College, AU. Today the Year 5s took their Prep Buddies on a stick hunt & then taught them how to whittle under a beautiful River Red Gum. Planet Ark Eucalypt Australia #outdoorclassroom #trees #nature #Dhumbadhabiik
