After watching Adolescence with her parents, an S2 pupil asked to share her thoughts with me today. I wasn’t prepared for the power of her writing. “Nothing about this show is ‘reaching.’ It's all true. And it shouldn’t have to be.” Never underestimate the power of young minds.

I think the word is out that there are very few permanent jobs after NQT year. Very worrying figures however considering that so many teachers are leaving the profession.
