My house is quieter when lights are turned off.

Nightmare last night about work. Very vivid, felt real. Still feeling off, unsure, creeped out about it since being up for 2.5 hrs. Images, like pictures still in my mind.

Nothing like reading a path report and realizing your prognosis is actually worse than what you're originally told to completely crush your day. My brain is done. Time to go be depressed.

Nightmare again. Creeped out. Anxiety high. Feeling gross, need to clean my soul. I feel violated all over again.

CPTSD was at it again last night. Nightmares. The saving grace today. Waking up from the horrible crap my brain decided to put me through for God only knows why, and getting straight to work. I worked almost 6hrs before I finally took lunch. 12hrs later, I remembered it.

Nightmares again. The cancer/surgery related nightmares feel worse. I think because that trauma is still fresh in my mind. Today is going to not be a good day after waking up from that last one. 🤞That the NM is the only bad thing.

I have had a recurring dream the past two nights. In my dream the cancer had spread, progressed. I don't want that to become reality.
