I think everyone in education have experienced the anarchy. It comes from the demands to be successful. The perception leads everything. We remedy this by creating powerful PLCs that help teach what is important. Teach, reteach, consistency #INedchat

#INedchat in Elementary I would say a lot more than before. We have the ability to create thematic units therefore offering the ability to teach across multiple disciplines.

As a building leader it's my top priority to make the people around me better. Daily walkthroughs with quick and responsive feedback does wonders. #INedchat

#INedchat The school leader plays a vital role in making changes. Through solid leadership and clear expectations gaps can be reached. Our greatest area of growth and we are gaining is reading instruction and making sure we are consistent across all grade levels.

Without the Why you have nothing. People need to have a reason and understanding for what is happening. Once you have a clear why you will see positive change. This is communicated through PDs and constant repetition. You have to be relentless Again, consistency leads change.
