Conference Two today with East Mids Teacher Training focussing on adaptive teaching. I always enjoy listening to Simon and Kath imparting their wisdom and passion. I thoroughly enjoyed the session on 'hinge questions' too!

Observation Two completed today as part of the ECF. Generally quite happy with the lesson despite the raging flu! Looking forward to the feedback. On to the next #TeamManor💙

A late post I know but... ECT 1✅️ Most frequently asked question by people I meet; "Of all the jobs, why teaching?". Answer: I simply love it 🤷‍♂️ Lot's of reflections to take into next year which i'm already looking forward to. Not before some well earned time off though!
