Some athletes will love the extra year of training. Others who’ve qualified and/or are fit might be bummed. The key is to accept this as it is and be ready for the Games. The most successful athletes know how to control the controllables & will come out on top no matter the time

I love seeing so many people getting outside. If you’re new to walks, runs & rides, welcome! A couple observations: please call out “on your left” when you are passing on your bike. Also, it’s ok to make eye contact with others and smile. Smiles go a long way right now 😊
