Where did ppl’s sense of pride and self-respect go? These are new and challenging times for sure.

When kids see that parents like their school/teacher, it goes a long way in helping them trust the adults at school. Parents who speak with warmth about the teacher & convey trust in them assist in providing both security & a sense of rest so the focus can go towards learning.

Does this make me old?

People just want more and more - but this will create the WRONG kind of more (more ppl leaving the profession, more ppl suffering, loss of work/life balance, decline in mental and physical health ….).
