What a beautiful tribute to our dear friend Wes. The community truly showed up for his family at his service last night. My thoughts are with his wife Lauren, son Hank, and baby girl Rose, who’s due in May. 🧡

So Wes Rucker always gave dumb gifts and thought they were hilarious. I donated this glass to Goodwill back in December. I went today because a part of me hoped it was still there. I guess it’s comforting to know someone else in the world has the same dumb sense of humor.

Wes would be so amazed! 🥹

I’ve been dreading this week. Wes Rucker always stayed with us during the SEC tournament. It was always a weekend I looked forward to having so much time with him. Missing him big time right now. This photo was last year’s tournament.

That morning, Chris came into our room and said, “I think Wes left the sink in the guest bathroom running all night.” Which if you actually know Wes, this is so on brand for him. 🤣

And he ALWAYS messed something up. 🤣
