2020-21 has seen a shift to digital. This year, we too went virtual as we celebrated our first REAP Awards – also our first virtual award ceremony. Our portfolio companies have shown their might all of last year. REAP awards is us celebrating their trajectory of excellence.

A lot goes into running a company well! It's a long list of ingredients, added in the right proportion. A relentless focus on each aspect is what drives success – in business, and for each individual. With REAP Awards, our aim is to inspire our people to RISE even higher in 2021.

The idea behind #REAPAwards2021 was to recognise excellence, to celebrate the efforts of our colleagues. But, that's not it. REAP Awards is an ongoing effort to inspire all our colleagues, to always dare to go beyond the ordinary.

The recently concluded #REAPAwards2021, our first, had 25 Award Categories. From rewarding business excellence, to recognising efforts towards employee engagement, to celebrating great website design and experience...there was something for everyone!
