Whoever is in charge of this needs to ease up a bit on the restrictions and see how it goes instead of assuming.

Cleveland Metroparks Trail Conditions Would also like to point out that the 7 horse trails and too many hiking trails to count in the metro parks have not closed due to mud. It seems that Cleveland metro parks only think bikes damage trails.
