Anyone seen unilateral arm shaking post brachial plexus block? Whole blocked arm. Approx 2Hz, rolling tremor in blocked side. Epi in LA but persisting >30mins. Midaz and low dose prop no real effect. Supratentorial or is there a mechanism ? Axillary BPB. Not encountered before.
