Really excited to announce that I’ve joined the Marian Baseball staff as an Assistant Coach! I’m extremely thankful and excited for this opportunity and am pumped to get going with this team at a great university in a great city It’s a great day to be a knight!

Hitters just can't see Brad Lord. I don't know if this is the reason, but it's interesting to see a lot of the swing-trait-suppresion guys having notably low or high extensions (Lord, Ferrer, Dollander, Cade Smith)

Mets prospect Ryan Clifford has made some subtle adjustments in the box that appear to be making all of the difference. His hands are quieter and lower, helping him avoid the tendency to wrap, he's staying taller through his swing and riding his back hip longer.
