A great morning with teachers at Caldervale High School, exploring principles and techniques to power up our pedagogy. For example: ➡️ We learn what we think about. ➡️ Being busy and learning are not the same thing. ➡️ Novices and experts think and learn differently.

We had the privilege of engaging in a highly informative and productive day with Bruce Robertson beginning with a comprehensive whole-staff session in the morning, followed by a focused afternoon workshop with the ELT team on advancing leadership in learning and teaching.

What a journey we have been on, can’t wait to celebrate our first milestone 🎊 🥳 🎂
