The Erasmus+ PRESTO team gathered in Budapest last week for project meetings and collaborative activities, and also took time out to visit the statue of Zoltán Kodály and the house of his collaborator Jenő Ádám. 🎵

The PRESTO project team visited music classes and choir rehearsals in primary, secondary, and district music schools in Budapest, and observed a rehearsal of the New Liszt Ferenc Chamber Choir, led by Prof László Nemes.

As part of the Erasmus+ PRESTO Study Trip to Hungary, Dr Anna Fűri led the Choir of the Kodaly Institute, Kecskemét, in demonstrating approaches to new compositions by Dr Máte Balogh. The composer also introduced his works, written specially for the Erasmus+ project.
