Great way to start the season - 5-0 win over Norton. Sr Captains Liv & Amelia get wins in 1st and 2nd, as does Jr Marina in 3rd. Jrs Tessa & Taylor with a convincing victory in 1st Dubs, and Sophs Hannah & Abigail debut with a solid win in 2nd. At DS on Wednesday.

Solid 4-1 win today @ Ashland. Co-captains Liv & Amelia get convincing wins. Taylor & Tessa in 1st and Abigail & Hannah in 2nd win in straight-sets. 2-1. Home vs BMR on Monday.

Tough loss tonight (7:45 finish), 3-2 vs Dedham. Liv & Amelia get strong, straight-set wins. Taylor and Hannah gave us a chance, coming up just short in a marathon match in 2nd dubs. Great opportunity to bounce back on Monday vs rival Medway. 2-2.

Much-needed win vs Millbury today, 5-0. Liv, Amelia and Tessa all with convincing wins. Addy & Mollie in 1st and Marina & Hannah in 2nd also get straight-set victories. We move to 3-4. Off until the 28th @ Hopkinton.

We move to 4-5 with a strong win over Norwood. Liv, Amelia, Addy & Tessa and Taylor & Marina all get convincing wins. Tessa with a great performance in 3rd Singles. At Dedham tomorrow.

Millis 3, Dedham 2. Beating a team that beat you earlier is one of best kinds of wins. Captains Liv and Amelia lead the way with commanding wins, while Taylor & Marina play the heroes with a tremendous comeback win to seal it. 5-5. Westwood home Monday.

Picked up a 5-0 win over Norton today, moving us to 7-5. Amelia was particularly sharp, Tessa with her best win and Liv was strong. Addy & Mollie and Taylor & Marina had convincing wins. Senior Day Tuesday vs BMR, as we celebrate this great group.

Perfect way for our seniors to end their home careers - a 5-0 win over BMR, our 5th in a row. Captains Liv and Amelia get convincing wins, as do Addy & Mollie and Taylor & Tessa. 8-5.

Our 6th in a row, 5-0 over Fontbonne, officially earns us our 4th consecutive tournament birth. Liv, Amelia and Tessa sweep the singles, and Addy & Mollie and Taylor & Marina win the doubles. 9-5.

Solid 4-1 win over Walpole today, our 7th in a row. If my memory is correct, this might be our longest winning streak in 30 years! We are 10-5 with a tough final regular-season week ahead. Proud of everyone’s play today.

4-1 loss to an excellent Medfield team today. Shoutout to Liv who had one the best wins of her career, 6-1, 6-0. 10-6. At Westwood tomorrow.

Congrats to our two captains who were selected by the league coaches as TVL all-stars. They have both put time and effort into improving their games and it has paid off. We’re all proud of you.

Our first-round tournament match vs Lee HS is tomorrow (W) at Medway MS. 5:15 start. We’re 2-0 there in previous tournaments…home away from home.

A great 5-0 win over Lee HS in the round of 32 today. Liv (14-5 on the season), Amelia, and Tessa all get decisive wins. Addy & Mollie in 1st and Marina & Hannah in 2nd also win in straight-sets. 11-8. We’ll move on early next week, opponent and day TBD.

Four years of competitiveness, winning records and tournament births come to an end for our group of seniors today. Lost 4-1 to 3-time state champion Hamilton-Wenham. Taylor and Marina had an impressive win. Olivia, Amelia, Taylor, Tessa, Mollie and Addy will be missed. Thanks.
