The thing about safe consumption sites is that when you don’t have them it doesn’t mean people don’t do drugs, it means people who use drugs (who come from every single walk of life) are more likely forced to use in unsafe sites, & those unsafe sites already exist all around us.

Agree with the spirit of this but not the content. It makes no practical sense to have another place for these, libraries have the infrastructure, trust, and shrinking physical collections they must adapt to community needs. Add more / appropriately trained staff to the library.
