I really dislike Mark Kelly. Whatever my views of McCain, next to Kelly he was Daniel Webster. Kelly’s dumb video was—at best—contrary to constitutional values and the rule of law properly understood. That said, he’s leading us into a trap. Elections are won and lost by voters.
