For the first time ever, Black women claimed the top three spots at the USA Gymnastics Championships! I'm so proud of Konnor, Shilese, and Jordan for not only making history—but showing little Black girls everywhere that anything is possible if you work hard and believe in yourself.

I was recently on a flight to Charlotte, and when the flight landed two women, one Black one white, got into an argument after bumping into one another in the aisle. When they got off the plane, the white woman turned to the Black woman, red with anger, and called her the n-word.
One of my favorite highlights of today was the beautiful panel with the amazing Mary howard-hamilton Khaleesi…CRiT. I DO NOT CODE SWITCH & @LoriPattonDavis who dropped so many gems while discussing their critical work and journeys #CRSEA
