Happy birthday to our own Sage Fanelli. Season cut short due to a season ending ankle surgery, Sage returns this Fall as a freshman ready to have an impact or our troop, and hold the high ground for the Generals! #herkpride #herkfamily

Profound thought of day from leadership lesson: Leaders do not understand that the intent is not always what is perceived. Words, actions, treatment. You have to adjust your style to those you lead so they feel valued, appreciated, and motivated. Otherwise the opposite occurs

Always ALWAYS motivate. Student, player, employee, if you are their leader, your biggest and sometimes only contribution to their performance is how you motivate them! Grades, Playing Time, Promotions and raises, find their motivation. Words I try to live by.

Love the women's tournament, but once again, the NCAA March Madness can not take the next steps until they stop hosting the 1st/ 2nd RDS on home campuses. Too much chalk until they are played at neutral sites. Take notice NCAA

Just spoke about this scenario. A players in a work environment or a team need to be respected and appreciated. tiktok.com/t/ZTLMdNPG5/

Such truth. Too many orgs are about the handful of sr leaders, & forget the value of the next tier. Give no path forward for progress for them or the people under them. Giving the assumption that the only people that matter are at the top. Fix it! tiktok.com/t/ZTLKv4TsB/
