Putler will have to dig a tunnel to Hungary. That, or he could try and fly over Ukraine ๐Ÿคท Russian roulette either way (pun intended). But I guess the EU will simply allow his flight, because it doesn't want to stand in the way of peace talks (even if the chances are slim).
