I honestly hate being a overthinker but he’s 100% right 😢

100% some times it’s hard to go to sleep especially when you get home from work anywhere between 3-7am! I definitely tend to wake up more crabby with the more sleep I get though compared to less so not sure about that one 🤣🤣🤣

Communication is definitely not my strong suit I will own up to it, but it’s something I’m trying really hard on. I tend to get angry,upset or hurt at the littlest things as a defensive mechanism and I need to figure out how to rewire my brain to not be that way
