Last Wednesday, Museum Assistant and Communications Coordinator John Taylor spoke at the Whitefield Public Library Lunch and Learn series. It was the first of three talks the library is hosting on prominent women in Maine. Great turnout and discussion about MCS!

#OTD in 1999, comedian Chris Elliott visited the Library with his family. They purchased a home on Cundy's Harbor where the Senator had a summer house and stopped by to do a little research on the area. Both Chris and later his daughter Abby are alumni of Saturday Night Live.
