I got to see the one and only Mendy Hayes do her thing in math today! Her small group targeted students who needed specific reteach on a math tool. Her whole group lesson was so interactive and engaging! She used total physical responses to review vocabulary! #vaughnsoakupthesun

One of my favorite ways to get my kids up and mixing around for morning meeting is Hullabaloo! It gives them a fun way to move around the room, a fun way to greet their partner and something to share with their partner! Vaughn Elementary

We learned about changes in matter and how heating and cooling can take a liquid to a solid and a solid to a liquid. This experiment was so much fun as we got to take a frozen popsicle and watch the heat melt it! We are LOVING our new science curriculum! ❤️ Vaughn Elementary
