George Zinn, the original person arrested for the Charlie Kirk shooting and then released, has been charged with obstruction of justice and possession of child sex abuse material. He is not believed to be connected with the shooting.

FYI, in Texas the victim of an assault (spitting) does not have to file a criminal complaint. A criminal complaint can be filed by anyone, and witnesses do it all the time. I don't believe the police can act on the video alone (could be wrong) so somebody needs to make it happen
