“Iran-US Deal is 80% complete. Only minor details are remaining. Deal will be sealed in Islamabad very soon.” “President Trump will visit Pakistan to sign the final deal between Iran and the United States in Islamabad. - Pakistani officials to Reuters

Trump thanks Pakistan and its “Great, Great Field Marshal” Asim Munir for mediating between US and Iran. — This is at least third time within a week that Trump has praised Pakistan Prime Minister and Field Marshal Asim Munir for hosting US-Iran talks.

I don’t get all the outrage around Iran’s uranium enrichment. Nuclear capability has long been a deterrent—it can maintain balance. And the only country to ever use nuclear weapons in war was the US. The issue isn’t so simple. #Geopolitics #NuclearDebate #Iran #Israel #US

Not a dictator. Not a terrorist. The President of the United States threatening to “blow up a whole country.” And we’re supposed to take this seriously? The world should not normalize this. #US #Iran #IranWar‌ #Diplomacy #Peace

Capturing an Iranian cargo ship in the Strait of Hormuz doesn’t signal goodwill—it sends the opposite message. Actions like this raise serious doubts about whether the US is genuinely committed to peace. #Iran #US #Hormuz #PeaceTalks #PakistPakistan an

The core narrative is that Imran Khan’s imprisonment raises serious concerns, especially about his health. Even putting due process aside, he must be guaranteed basic rights. Pakistan’s peacemaker role is commendable, but this risks harming its global image. #ImranKhan

What revenge? Mian sahib was allowed to leave the country on medical grounds, while Khan sahib isn’t even being provided proper treatment here. The contrast is hard to ignore—especially when Mian sahib secured relief within 14 months. #ImranKhan #Pakistan #HumanRights #Justice

“Asim Munir sahib’s contributions are noteworthy and deserve recognition. At the same time, figures like Tariq bin Ziyad and Salahuddin Ayubi belong to a different context and legacy. Perhaps it’s best to appreciate each in their own place without comparisons. #Pakistan #History

Khan sahib has set an example by enduring prison hardships without even basic facilities. Few, if any, politicians could withstand this—and they know it. He is truly a leader. #ImranKhan

A stark contrast to Khan sahib’s Billion Tree Tsunami—reports claim over 29,000 trees cut in Islamabad in 2026 alone. Urban expansion must not come at the cost of our environment. This path risks turning a green capital into a concrete jungle. #Deforestation #GreenPakistan

This isn’t about defending military overreach or ignoring concerns about personality politics. Many, including Imran Khan’s supporters, are asking for political tolerance and consistency. Criticism should be fair, but not extend to undermining basic rights of all citizens.

India has itself rejected playing any “middleman” role—calling it dalaal. So why expect it to mediate now? Pakistan, meanwhile, has at times helped facilitate dialogue and deserves some acknowledgment. Ultimately, talks should involve willing, mutually accepted parties.

Anyone in uniform carries a responsibility to act with integrity—upholding ethics, remaining impartial, and avoiding actions that could reflect bias or prejudice.

How can this possibly be justified? Civilians are paying the price while leaders trade threats and headlines. Violence like this only fuels more suffering—where is the accountability and push for real de-escalation? #Lebanon #Iran #Israel #MiddleEast #HumanRights #CeasefireNow

It’s better late than never. If someone throws a brick into your house from next door—enabled by your neighbour—aren’t they both responsible? That’s the argument: those who allow it share the blame. Iran sees this as retaliation. #US #Iran
