Working w/ my guy Matthew Krause today on the stabilization phase of his delivery. He has a tendency to pull his trunk forward early due to poor trunk stacking. Our goal was to internally rotate onto the back hip, while tilting his pelvis and torso slightly upward.

The band assisted in creating opposite force directions to feel this movement. To build on this in the second video, we added in the beginning of the rotation phase at stride foot contact. Pausing there and retracting the throwing scap to create counter rotation.
