Reviewing a lot of resumes.... And the ones I reject the most are full-stack roles. Although it's nice having one person knowing everything, specialization is more efficient /w higher quality output for the needs I'm trying to fill.

AI is good at pattern matching, not thinking for you. If a pattern is not well established in the LLM, you're going to run in circles in prompt adjustments (fix one thing, break another).
