St Marys head basketball coach Dan Hegemeier has announced his retirement from coaching, per St Marys AD. The Hall of Fame coach won 615 career games in 38 seasons at 5 different stops. He won 2 State Titles at Ft Loramie (1987 and 1993) and 1 at New Knoxville (2008).

We lost a legend of our program yesterday. Jon McCumber served as our 1st Head Football Coach, building the foundation of what it means to be a Fort Loramie football player. Coach turned a lot of boys into men! So grateful to have coached with him, he will be greatly missed.
