You won't close people on your cold emails from one touch. I know this is not the maintstream opinion but hear me out I'm assuming that when you send a cold email you already know somehow they're facing the problem you solve. So then, why would you NOT be persistent?

Great week of DIY new customers. I think mostly due to announcing the price increase. Obviously not a sustainable tactic but I think the new price despite being higher will help me sell more, let’s see!

Another few hundred stores sent out yesterday to Ecommerce Leads customers. Complete with Reasons for Outsourcing, Competitor Analysis, and Decision Maker contacts. More and more agencies getting new pipeline thanks to EL. Exciting to see 💚

The other day I had a call with an Ecommerce Leads customer. Which is 'only' getting a 1% conversion rate to meeting. This is low for Ecommerce Leads standards. But then I realized: this is MUCH higher than normal campaigns for agencies. Usually it's a struggle to get 1% reply

Last week was the 2nd best week for Ecommerce Leads in terms of traffic and the best week for number of new customers. It's funny. You invest more time in marketing, and people come buy your stuff! Who would have thought 😅

This is a tough product space. I have failed in this space previously, and I know at least one other indiehacker who has tried and failed. While you can point to one or two examples of startups who might be doing ok in this space, I just I think it's too small and challenging
