A pinch me moment 🥹 From growing up with parents who battled addictions & being homeless to now being a permanent member of the senior leadership team is something I wouldn't have dreamed of as a child. I hope can inspire at least 1 pupil to break the cycle & to never give up 🤍

Your dreams of becoming successful are coming from a future version of you who has already achieved it. The fact that you can envision a dream means that you have the potential to manifest it. Never let fear hold you captive. You're worthy of all that you dream of and hope for.

I can’t help but feel that the best investment in NHS would be massive expansion of Geriatricians so elderly infirm patients are treated holistically rather than regardless of age and general infirmity by a myriad of other specialists.

I’ve noticed I don’t have an issue communicating. My issue is people’s responses . It’s the lack of accountability and the one-sided perceptions that I cannot tolerate.

I’m glad this is getting the attention it so rightly needs! #NHS staff are under so much pressure and supporting the #mentalhealth of the workforce is vital right now!
