On the specials this week: Bagna Cauda. A Piemontese delicacy made of anchovies, garlic (plenty of it), butter & olive oil. Served in the typical terracotta dish (with a tea candle under to keep it bubbling). With roasted pepper, onion & potato. A perfect sharing starter.

Alba is a small town in the Piemonte region of north Italy, well known for the truffles. This is our Alba pizza, on a white base brushed with garlic butter, brie cheese, cooked Parma ham, panfried mushrooms & truffle cream. Well paired with a local Eagle's Nest Sauvignon Blanc.
