I wanted to go to A&M. It was close to home and where many friends went. The Bright Football Complex had me. But faith, curiosity, and untapped potential led me to UT Austin. It became home and opened doors I never imagined. Texans, stay open. Rural roots lead to big places.

From a small Texas town to Berkeley, CA I’ve heard it all. To Texas recruits it’s okay to explore opportunities outside our home state. Growth starts where comfort ends.
