I'd happily get rid of VAR as well but cannot fathom the outrage at this one. It's so clearly the right decision. It's not the referee or VAR's fault the players decided to make fouls. Had they not intervened half the internet would be saying "What's the point of VAR?"

12k likes on this when commentary teams the world over have had access to VAR conversations since the whole thing began. Mad. 😂

Hart is definitely one of the most underrated pundits in the game. Very likeable bloke and speaks total sense (with this type of elite goalkeeping analysis a nice little niche too).

Christopher Vivell's recruitment at United has been brilliant so far. Pairing him with Julian Nagelsmann in the summer is a no-brainer (if Nagelsmann is interested) regardless of what Carrick does between now and May. It's a "can't miss" opportunity.

Obviously they're part of the game but it's getting a bit sad now watching every big game nowadays be decided by corners. Recency bias is so easy to fall victim of but football isn't as good these days as it was 5-10 years ago. Miles off it.

There are the people that think Wenger’s rule change would mean way more goals because Sterling would have all this space and be onside And there are the people that understand football

Personally I think Sherwood is a muppet but what he's just described is exactly what Tottenham need at the minute. They won't be relegated this season but if they keep going the way they're going it'll be a close run thing.

Completely baffling to me that when people talk about the holes in United's squad nobody ever mentions the full-back positions. Dalot and Shaw are not good enough to be starting for United - it's so plain to see it's alarming.

Any team that has room for Shaw, Dalot, Casemiro, Ugarte and Yoro has absolutely no business being in the Champions League.
