Growing more food on less land. Soybeans are a major source of dietary protein and oil for animal feed and a staple in human diets. A 275kg yield of Soybean required: 2140m² in 1940. 1335m² in 1980. 795m² in 2020. Producing more food per acre means more land for nature.
