The silence is deafening @welshgovernment What’s happening with our pools? @fmwales. We are ready and need to put plans into action? Swim Wales

@CardiffSwimClub still desperate for our pools to open. Any update for us Welsh Government? The longer we wait the more finacial difficulty for the clubs. They are the lifeblood of our communities, & a massive part of our young athletes lives. Please give us a date for a decision

Top Chef Tommy Heaney from heaneyscardiff has very kindly judged the "Dish of the Week" competition for cardiffswimming and provided us with some stunning prizes. A top man as well as a top chef, supporting a local… instagram.com/p/CDPSQWhgUch/…

Do not buy mobile phones from @CPWTweets. Been on the phone forever and the person the other end is telling me it will take 72 hours for me to get an email from her.

Dale Frantzeskou Swim Wales Peter Bradbury Welsh Government The Welsh capital no longer provides for its athletes. We @CardiffSwimClub are now forced to send potential Olympians to Swansea while this pool bleeds money & is empty. What a sad indictment. Who is listening & prepared/able to help? Or just the usual rhetoric while Rome burns?

The week after, who knows? We are lucky, many of the other clubs that use Cardiff Int'l Pool cannot get any water time due to the 30 rule. Parkwood Leisure are being very supportive under awful conditions, but for how much longer? @fmwales come and see how it runs & change the rule

HUGE well done to @CardiffSwimClub swimmer Harriet Jones and coach Graham Wardell. Massive swim to win the 100 fly and go under the Olympic consideration time. You have worked so so hard and absolutely deserve that performance. The Cardiff Olympic legacy continues!
