Ottawa is moving into the Red Zone effective tonight at midnight.  That means today is the last day of curling, at least for now.  As more information becomes available we will assess the situation.  Our hope is that we will be able to reopen and finish the season.

Now that the Province has initiated a month-long shutdown, we regretfully announce the end of curling for this season.  The past six months have been frustrating but through it all you have been enthusiastic and supportive.  We look forward to curling season 2021/2022

With today's announcements from both Ottawa Public Health and the Government of Ontario regarding new regulations on COVID-19 restrictions and warnings, the Board of the MCC has made a decision to hit a complete pause on all games and club activities, effective December 18th.

MCC has made the decision to reopen our club for Adult curling effective Monday morning, January 3rd, under the following modifications: 1. The bar will be closed. 2. No socializing after the game. 3. Modified game play to have one sweeper. Please read the newsletter for more.

Our Little Rock and Youth/Bantam (12 years old and up) will be paused for the time being and re-evaluated on a weekly basis.  Parents and members of those programs will be notified as the situation evolves.

In light of the recent government announcement, we will be temporarily closing the Manotick Curling Club effective immediately (Monday Jan 3rd) until at least January 26th, 2022. We will continue to monitor and follow government and public health regulations.

We have made the decision to reopen our club for Adult curling effective Monday morning, January 31st under revised protocols. Please see the email that went out from the club today for more information.
