Here's what I would do if I had unlimited time/$ for next Phase 3 MDMA trial: 1) Amphetamine/meth control (along w/placebo, N = 100/group) 2) Standardized psychotherapy (eg CBT) 3) 1-year follow-up 4) Minimal (<10%) or no past MDMA use 5) Measure subjective fx for abuse potential
