Saying bacon is a great potassium source is like saying peanut butter is a great protein source. You have to eat 10 slices of bacon (~450 calories) to get the same amount of potassium as 1 medium banana (~100 calories). Alternatively, eat half an avocado same potassium ๐Ÿฅ‘
