Happy Independence Day, Montenegro! 18 years ago today the majority of population voted ‘yes’ for independence in the referendum. Since then 🇲🇪 has joined NATO and has officially opened up negotiations with the EU for the full membership. Onwards and upwards, 🇲🇪! 🫶🎉
