I hate the fact that I’m still affected by under eating even though I’m not underweight yet :/

looking at my body in the mirror really ruins my whole day

I need people to look at me and tell I’m under fed

when someone is mean to me but I remember I can just starve myself

this eating disorder gives me such bad anxiety but anxiety kills my appetite so it’s really not that bad

my mums refuses to talk to me right now so I’m taking that as an opportunity to lower my intake

When the snack you ate to stop the binge urges just makes the thoughts worse

I think I will genuinely cry if I ever get my period back
