🌳🚨 Big win for biodiversity! Busaga Forest is now the first new Important Bird & Biodiversity Area in Rwanda since the original 7 were confirmed 24 years ago. Covering 158 ha, it hosts trigger species such as the CRE #HoodedVulture and several #AlbertineRift endemics.🐦🌿

Travelling south this morning, I pulled into Asda Oldbury on the M5, as we regularly do. Not a place of beauty, but it's handy. I could here two song thrushes, a greenfinch and blackcap + others, from the carpark. Nice! Birds are everywhere PlanetBirdsong helps you to find them.
