I don't suppose anyone has a websdr I can log into in Suffolk to listen to BBC Radio Suffolk? The radio in my hospital room is crap and I can hardly hear FM signal, can't pick it up on DAB (rescanned) and the football won't be streamed.

I'm finally off home today after I believe 20 days in hospital(s) after my operation. I was glad to see this lovely face come visit today. Bailey is a Pets As Therapy dog.

An update on how my recovery is doing. Not quite as good as I'd hoped, unfortunately.

When your home WiFi decides to not play ball, the 5G connection on your phone has little to no throughout and you have to rack your brains to remember how to force your phone to use 4G instead. The joys of living in the sticks 😂

Off to hospital in a bit for (hopefully) my final chemo infusion. 2 weeks of chemo tablets after that and I should be done 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Looking forward to getting my life back to some kind of normality soon.

Today marks my first "stomaversary". It was on this date a year ago that I had my surgery. I went down to theatre around 10AM and it was a 5.5hr operation. After that came the long road to recovery. Tonight I'm celebrating with a pint of cider and Mac n cheese with friends.

We all need to keep reminding Pete to submit one of these to the RSGB Construction Competition 2026. He'll only forget otherwise! 😂 #hamr
